Welcome to yogees yoga 4 kids where we teach children mindfulness and movement through yoga.
Our engaging yoga classes foster a sense of calm and focus while promoting physical well-being. We are a proud Registered Children's Yoga School (RCYS) and offer specialized children's yoga training programs.

Whether it’s in the comfort of your home, a local studio, or even outdoors at a neighborhood park or backyard, our sessions are designed to meet kids where they are. Through playful movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, we craft engaging experiences for children.
Birthday Parties
Make your child's special day unforgettable with a yoga-themed birthday party! Children will learn mindfulness, yoga poses, breathwork, and more.
Teacher Trainings
Our Virtual 95-Hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training is designed to fit your life. With flexible, self-paced online coursework complemented by live virtual sessions, mentorship, and hands-on practicum experiences, you can complete your training from anywhere while building the confidence to teach children through yoga, mindfulness, movement, and play.
Developed in alignment with Yoga Alliance RCYS standards, our comprehensive curriculum covers child development, teaching methodology, anatomy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, classroom management, and business development.
Summer Camps
Kids ages 4 and up can practice yoga in our classes that run alongside the swimming classes and are customized to the kiddos that attend! Whether you are coming for lessons in the pool, or just to move your body, sing, dance and learn in the Summer Studio, a week and a half of fun is what you will get! Summer classes run for 8 days, skipping weekends and are available to you as a full session or as a drop-in!
